Privacy

This site is run by Thick Shake Foods Private Limited, Hyderabad, India ("we"). This notice explains what we collect through fcuksugar.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address and, if you give it, your city.
• Supply enquiries: your name, company, work email and anything else you choose to tell us — phone, country, volume and what you make.
• Technical data: a one-way hashed version of your IP address (we never store the raw address), your browser's user-agent string and any campaign tags in the page link. We use these only to stop spam and abuse and to understand which campaigns work.

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

Why we use it

To tell you when FCUK SUGAR launches, to reply to your enquiry and, only if you ticked the box, to send you product and pricing updates. We don't sell your data.

Where it's kept and for how long

Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. We keep waitlist entries until launch communications end or you ask us to remove you, and enquiry records for as long as we have a business relationship or a legal need to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for updates, at any time. Every update email will include a way to unsubscribe. To make a request, use the supply enquiry form on this site and say it's a privacy request; we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date above.
